Kettlebell Lifting

Our Kettlebell Lifting predominantly makes use of the Hardstyle Technique. We incorporate a smattering of Juggling and Flow style into our sessions as well.

​Hardstyle focuses on Technique and Skill over "Efficiency"! "Inefficient" movement is safer and ultimately makes you stronger! Training yourself to perform each rep with textbook precision and never allowing youself to find the "easy way out" of a movement is what we strive for! Don't think Hardstyle is for the hardcore only! With correct technique instruction and progression, Hardstyle is for everyone! In fact there is no better tool to learn how to Deadlift, Squat and Press than the humble Kettlebell!

Having a Certified Kettlebell instructor to instruct correct technique is probably the most important step in the Kettlebell Lifting journey. With our StrongFirst level 2 SFG, you can be sure that you're getting the best instruction available! Learn how to strike like a viper with the swing, stand immoveable like a boulder with the military press, get out of any sticky situation with the get-up or get that bum right to the ground with the front squat, all while forming an iron will and body to match!​

We incorporate Juggling and Flow styles on occasion to keep the challenge fresh, add fun and help you gain more confidence and skill with your Kettlebell. The more comfortable your are with a tool, the more easily you'll develop skill and strength.
